Shipping policy
1. Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
Please note that processing times may be extended during peak seasons, promotions, or due to unforeseen circumstances.
2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout, UK Mainland are free however charges may be added for remote areas and the Highlands.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on product, however we aim to get your items dispatched and to you within 10 - 15 working days of payment receipt for your order. Remote areas and the Highlands will take a little longer.
We currently do not export our items.

3. Shipping Locations
We currently ship only to the UK Mainland. We do not ship abroad. to most countries worldwide.
4. Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and text from our carrier partner. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become available.
5. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
If we do agree to ship an item abroad, customs duties and taxes may apply. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and vary by country. We recommend checking with your local customs office for more information.
6. Delays and Lost Packages
We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers or customs. If your package is significantly delayed or appears lost, please contact us at klassic.upholstery@gmail.com and we will assist you in resolving the issue.
7. Incorrect Shipping Information
Please ensure that your shipping address is correct at checkout. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please note that any additional carriage fees we incur due to this will need to be paid by the customer.
8. Damaged or Missing Items
If your order arrives damaged or incomplete, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with your order number and supporting photos. We will review your request and provide a resolution. Please send these to klassic.upholstery@gmail.com
