Each ottoman is individually handmade to order in our UK workshop by skilled upholsterers. The deeply buttoned top, characterful Italian leather and traditional turned wooden legs create an impressive centrepiece for a living room, snug, library, study or office.

Use it as a statement upholstered coffee table, a generous footstool or occasional extra seating. Add a decorative tray to create a practical surface for drinks, books and accessories, then remove it whenever you want to put your feet up and relax.

THE CHARACTER OF GENUINE LEATHER

Our premium Italian semi-aniline leather retains the individual markings and character of the original hide. Natural variations in grain, colour and tone, together with healed scars, creases and other markings, are part of genuine leather and make every ottoman individual.

These characteristics should not be considered faults. They are part of the beauty and authenticity of real leather and will allow your ottoman to develop even more character with age and use.

LEG FINISH

Traditional turned wooden legs are supplied in a rich brown finish as standard.

Alternative colours and styles may be available to complement your room. Please message us before ordering if you would like to discuss a different finish.

HANDMADE TO ORDER

This is not a mass-produced item. Every ottoman is individually constructed, upholstered and deep-buttoned by skilled craftspeople in our West Midlands workshop.

Small variations in dimensions, leather grain, colour and button placement are a natural part of handmade furniture and help make every piece unique.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are delighted to send our handmade furniture to customers throughout the world.

International delivery can sometimes seem complicated, so we aim to make the process as straightforward and transparent as possible. Your ottoman will be carefully protected for its journey, and tracking information will be provided when it is dispatched.

USA – IMPORT DUTIES INCLUDED

American customers can order with confidence.

Our US-specific prices have been adjusted to account for applicable US import tariffs, duties and customs-related costs. Orders to the United States will be dispatched using a Delivered Duty Paid service, commonly known as DDP.

This means the relevant import costs are paid as part of the shipping process, helping to prevent an unexpected customs bill when your ottoman arrives in America.

US state sales tax, where applicable, is calculated separately by Etsy at checkout and paid directly to the relevant US authorities.

Please ensure that your delivery address, email address and telephone number are correct, as the carrier may need to contact you regarding delivery.

EUROPE AND EVERYWHERE ELSE

For destinations outside the United Kingdom and United States, Etsy may automatically calculate and collect VAT, GST or other local taxes at checkout where required.

Any import duty, tax or customs-clearance charge that has not been collected by Etsy will normally remain the buyer’s responsibility and may be requested by the carrier or local customs authority before delivery.

Import requirements vary between countries. If you are uncertain about the possible charges in your country, please check with your local customs authority before ordering.

DELIVERY

Your ottoman will be carefully wrapped and protected before leaving our workshop.

Please provide a telephone number after ordering, as this may be required by the courier to arrange or complete delivery.

Larger ottomans may be delivered by a specialist furniture carrier. Please ensure that someone is available to receive the order and check that your chosen size will fit through doorways, hallways and any restricted access points.

Deliveries are normally made to an accessible ground-floor entrance unless an alternative service has been agreed in advance.

ASSEMBLY

The legs need to be attached when your ottoman arrives. Simply screw each leg into the fitted fixing beneath the ottoman.

Supplying the legs separately helps protect them against damage during transit.
