Bring traditional British character and exceptional comfort into your home with our handmade Harris Tweed and distressed Italian leather wingback armchair.

Inspired by the classic Queen Anne fireside chair, this striking design combines genuine 100% wool Harris Tweed® with premium Italian semi-aniline leather.

The deep-buttoned back features a distinctive V-shaped leather insert, while the generously padded scroll arms, supportive high wings and hand-applied antique studs complete the traditional design.

Every chair is individually handmade to order by experienced craftspeople in our UK Midlands workshop.

UPHOLSTERY PLACEMENT
The Harris Tweed is used across the seat cushion, inside back, outside arms and outside wings.

The distressed Italian leather covers the inside arms, inside wings and outside back of the chair, with an additional V-shaped leather feature incorporated into the deep-buttoned back.

As every piece of Harris Tweed is individually cut, the exact positioning of checks, stripes and patterns will vary slightly from one chair to another.

COMFORT & CONSTRUCTION
The chair is constructed around a strong timber frame using traditional upholstery techniques.

The fully sprung seat base is covered with insulating and supportive upholstery layers. A generously filled, removable seat cushion provides a comfortable medium-soft sit while retaining the traditional appearance of the chair.

The high back, supportive wings and padded scroll arms make this chair particularly suited to reading, relaxing or sitting beside the fire.

THE CHARACTER OF GENUINE LEATHER
Our Italian leather retains the markings and individual character of the original hide.

Natural variations in grain, tone, creases, healed scars and distressing are expected characteristics of genuine leather. They are not faults and help make every chair unique.

Leather colours can appear different depending on lighting, photography and screen settings. We recommend requesting a sample if an exact colour match is important.

ABOUT HARRIS TWEED®
Harris Tweed® is made from 100% pure new wool. The wool is dyed and spun in the Outer Hebrides of Scotland before being handwoven by islanders in their homes and finished in the Outer Hebrides.

Natural variations in the weave are part of the fabric's authentic character. Each chair is supplied with a genuine Harris Tweed® Orb label.

WOODEN LEG FINISHES
Our standard wooden leg finish is walnut.

Alternative finishes may include:

CARE INSTRUCTIONS
• Vacuum the Harris Tweed gently using a soft upholstery attachment
• Blot spills immediately — do not rub
• Wipe the leather gently with a clean, dry cloth
• Do not use harsh household cleaners
• Keep away from strong heat sources and prolonged direct sunlight
• Turn and plump the removable seat cushion regularly
• Always test specialist leather-care products on an inconspicuous area first

HANDMADE TO ORDER
This is not a mass-produced chair. Every frame is prepared, upholstered and finished individually by experienced craftspeople in our Midlands workshop.

Small differences in measurements, stitching, leather grain, fabric positioning and stud placement are natural characteristics of genuine handmade furniture.

DELIVERY
Your chair will be carefully protected for delivery and delivered fully assembled.

Please check that the dimensions are suitable for all doorways, hallways and staircases before ordering.

For deliveries to islands, remote areas or destinations outside mainland UK, please contact us before purchasing so that we can confirm delivery availability and any additional charge.
