COMFORT AND CONSTRUCTION

The chair is built around a substantial traditional frame, carefully constructed to provide strength, stability and long-term support.

The sprung seat base and generously filled removable cushion offer supportive, comfortable seating without feeling excessively firm. The high back, shaped wings and padded scroll arms make it an inviting place to relax, read or sit beside the fire.

ITALIAN LEATHER

The genuine Italian leather has a beautifully textured appearance and a rich blue tone. Natural variations in grain, markings and shade are part of the character of real leather and help make every chair unique.

HARRIS TWEED

The contrasting wool panels are made using authentic Harris Tweed, chosen to complement the Italian blue leather and give the chair its distinctive country-house character.

Small variations in the positioning of the check may occur because each chair is cut and upholstered individually.

MATCHING FOOTSTOOL

A matching upholstered footstool is available to complete the set. It is made using the same Italian blue leather, Royal Harris Tweed and solid wooden leg finish as the chair.

The stool can be purchased with one or two chairs, or separately using the combination menu.

LEG FINISH

The chair and stool are supplied with a walnut leg finish as standard.

Alternative finishes may be available, including mahogany, brown and limed oak/grey. Please contact us before ordering if you require a different finish.

HANDMADE TO ORDER

This is not a mass-produced or imported chair. Each piece is made specifically for you in our West Midlands workshop by experienced, time-served craftspeople.

Because every item is handmade, minor differences in pattern placement, leather grain and measurements are natural and should be regarded as part of the individuality of the furniture.

CUSTOM ORDERS

We can produce this chair in alternative leather colours and Harris Tweed designs.

If you would like a different colour combination, leg finish or another alteration, please contact us before placing your order. We will be pleased to discuss the available options.

DELIVERY

The chair is delivered fully assembled.

Please ensure that the chair will fit through doorways, hallways, staircases and any restricted access points before ordering.

If your address has restricted access, steps, narrow roads or other delivery considerations, please let us know when placing your order.

For delivery to remote UK locations, islands or destinations outside mainland Britain, please contact us before ordering so that we can confirm availability and delivery costs.
